This is a 30 minute BARRE workout that can easily be done at home! All you need is a kitchen chair or counter. We target the ABS, ARMS, LEGS, and BUTT with this one so get ready to firm it all up and burn calories with the cardio section as well!

Disclaimer: 7 months pregnant baby bump :) I am pregnant but THIS IS NOT A PRENATAL WORKOUT. Girlfriends you should ALWAYS consult your doctor about exercises before trying them when pregnant.
