I made four kinds of terrine today!
Terrine is a dessert derived from a rectangular-shaped cooking tool called Terrine, and it is a dessert made with a rectangular mold! (It is a very hot dessert in Japan.)😄)

It's similar to a Basque cheesecake, but as I baked it in a square frame, the shape was different, and the taste was completely different when I ate it...😮
It is characterized by minimal stirring when kneading because it has to be baked without swelling in a square shape! (Not to create bubbles)
So it's a relatively easy process to just mix ingredients at room temperature (similar to Basque)

But the difference from Basque is that it has chocolate in it!🍫
The taste was completely different, but the bachike is baked at high temperature like burning the outside, so if it's a savory taste like roasted sweet potatoes and a creamy cheese taste, Terinne is thicker and more moist than raw chocolate!
When I made it with cream cheese in Terinne, it was thicker than Bachique, and it melted in my mouth and tasted like cheese, and it tasted very luxurious
I was surprised when I tried it.Because it's so delicious;;😂

It's a relatively less well-known dessert than Basque cheesecake, but it's really very, very, very delicious, so I recommend you to make it no matter what. It's such a waste to keep it to myself(crying) 😥

Make a recipe with cream cheese if you want a thick cheese flavor, or a recipe without cream cheese if you want a thick chocolate flavor!

Cream cheese 200, strawberry cover 100, egg 100, butter 40, sugar 30, whipped cream 100, strawberry powder 10, plain yogurt 40, vanilla extract 3
