Hello everyone^^ This is de la Serna.
Today, I prepared a video of making this terrine recipe that is good for Valentine's Day or as a home cafe menu. It is moister than raw chocolate, chewier than brownies...  it's a really delicious dessert so please check the details in the video below.

🍫Chocolate Terrine

2 eggs
20g of sugar
8g of condensed milk
180g of Dark  couverture Chocolate
90g whipped cream
5g corn starch
70g butter

🍵Matcha Terrine

2 eggs
15g of white sugar
10g of condensed milk
200g of  White couverture chocolate
100g of whipped cream
4g corn starch
12g of Matcha powder
70g butter

*Leave the eggs, whipped cream, and butter at room temperature for about an hour before using them.
*Can replace starch with cake flour
*Sieve the finished dough to reduce air bubbles and create a smoother texture
