Kebabs made from minced onions,
Kebabs made from minced onions, parsley and meat, slathered in a bowl of spices and grilled to perfection. Full of juice and flavor, these kebabs are perfect as a starter for a dinner party #ClaudettesKitchen Kabab or Kebab is a piece of food, mostly meat grilled over charcoal fire.
Ingredients:
3 Onions chopped and put it in blended machine
1Kg of minced meat
Half cup Vegetable Oil
1.5 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sweet spice
Preheat Oven to 180 ͦ C Bake for 1h 20 minutes
For potatoes:
One cup vegetable Oil
5 peeled potatoes
Cut the potatoes into cubes
1.5 teaspoons salt
Half teaspoon sweet spice
Half teaspoon Curry
Preheat Oven to 180 ͦC Bake for 1h 20 minutes
For Salads:
2 Onions cut it to wedges
1 Bunch of parsley chopped roughly
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons Semak
