Ingredients:
- 500 gr. Potatoes
- 1 Liter of water
- Cook on medium heat for 45 to 50 minutes
- Peel the potatoes when it’s hot then smashing it
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Half teaspoon sweet spice
- Half teaspoon nutmeg
- 120 gr. All Purpose Flour
- Boil water
- Add the Pasta, cook on medium heat
- when float on top, the pasta is ready
