Bun recipe

Yeast dough:
250 g of milk
15 g of live yeast
350 g of flour (wheat in/g)
30 g of sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
5 g of vanilla sugar
20 g of vegetable oil (or melted butter)
20 g of dry milk (whole)

Filling:

50 g of raisins
50 g of walnuts

♨️Bake at 180 °C/356 °F for 20 minutes. All household ovens are different - be careful, you may have a different baking time.
