CHEESE RECIPE:
cheese 1 kg - 1 kg 100 kg
eggs 6 pcs
semolina 100 g (6 tablespoons)
sugar 125 g (6 tablespoons)
vanilla sugar 10 gr
salt - a pinch
corn starch 10 g (2 tsp)
whole milk powder 50 g (3 tbsp.) fat content 26%
milk 200 g (for diluting powdered milk)
baking powder 6 g (1 tsp)

Additionally:
poppy seed filling 300 gr
dried apricots and prunes 200 gr

Filling:
sour cream 50 gr
milk 65 gr
egg 1 pc
sugar 1 tbsp.
