Poppy filling recipe:
(net weight after cooking 1.5 kg)
600 g of poppy seeds
500 g of sugar
100 g of butter
2 pieces of protein from chicken eggs

The recipe for the classic filling:
60 g of soft butter
1 Art. l. cane sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cinnabon recipe
Yeast dough:
200 g of milk
10 g of live yeast
400 g of flour (wheat in/g)
40 g of sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
5 g of vanilla sugar
40 g of vegetable oil

Cream:
130 g of cream cheese
50 g of butter
60 g of powdered sugar

Poppy filling - 350 gr
