It's time for another 30 minute HIIT fat burning TABATA with no equipment 💪

As you all know, I'm in love with TABATA. Tabata is the most effective workout for fat-burning and endurance training. I put in 💯%, and there is no other option. No equipment is needed, so you can easily workout from home and follow along.

I have created 30-minute intense fat burning TABATA (no equipment - for advanced) in the most convenient format. It's 30 min TABATA time! Turn it on and enjoy.

TABATA WORKOUT DETAILS

👉 We'll do 6 sets that consist of 8 rounds each.
👉 Each round lasts for 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest.
👉 Then you'll rest for 1 minute between each set.
