In this video I will teach you how to make an amazing pie with codfish filling. This recipe is a hit at the end of year parties. I'm sure everyone will love it!
I will show you all the tips and secrets of producing this delicious recipe that is perfect for you to sell and earn money.

Size of refractory: 30 centimeters long x 7 centimeters deep
Ingredients for the filling:
- 1 portion of leek (approximately 200 grams)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 medium onion
- 50 grams of dried tomatoes (or fresh tomatoes without seeds)
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 500 grams of cod (desalted and shredded)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Ingredients for the mixture: (details in the video)
- 1 tablespoon powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
- Water (up to 500 milliliters)
Ingredients for the dough:
- 500 grams of unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
- 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese (or 1 tablespoon of salt)
- 150 grams of cold margarine (with 80% fat) (you can replace it with butter or lard)
- 200 milliliters of milk cream
- 1 tablespoon dried fine herbs (optional)
To finish:
- 300 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 300 grams of cream cheese
- Olives to taste
