In this video I will show you how to make a delicious cassava pie, without wheat, without gluten and with a creamy cod filling. Healthy and delicious, everyone will love it!

Yield: 16 units (dough weighing 70 grams)
Shape size: 150 milliliters
Ingredients for the dough:
- 1.5 kilos of cassava
- 1 teaspoon of complete seasoning (salt, garlic and spices)
- 1 small onion (approximately 30 grams)
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams of butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon dehydrated leek (can be substituted / details in the video)
- 1 tablespoon of tartar seasoning (optional / sold in spice stores)
Ingredients for the filling:
- 500 grams of desalted codfish
- 3 tablespoons chives
- 1 seedless tomato
- 1 medium onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 300 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 12 olives
Ingredients to make the creamy filling (mixture):
- 300 milliliters of water
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch (also known as Maizena)
- 1 tablespoon (soup) full of powdered milk
To finish:
(This is just a suggestion. You can use any ingredients you like)
- Biquinho pepper (or oregano)
