This 60 minute HIIT with weights is a fusion workout that is bound to give you more than a sweaty glow!! The first 30 minutes is a full body strength with high impact cardio, and the second 30 minutes is a weighted cardio HIIT. Let's work it!! 🔥😍

» Level: All Levels (jumping can be modified!)
» Duration: 60 Minutes (warm up included)
» Structure: 50 seconds on, 10 seconds rest
» Equipment:  Weights (mine are 10 pounds for the first 30 min, 2 pounds for cardio)
