Warm water 300 ml
Instant dry yeast 4 g (1 tsp)
Plain flour/all purpose flour 500 g (3.6 cup)
Pickled sour mustard 300 g
Vegetable oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
Pixian County Bean Paste 1 tbsp
Chicken 500 g
Cold water 80 ml
Regular soy sauce 15 ml (1 tbsp)
White pepper 0.5 g (1/4 tsp)
Oyster source 15 ml (1 tbsp)
Salt 7-8 g (1.5 tsp)
Sesame oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
