Culinary Hub presents a famous Indian snack Palak Pakora which is very easy to cook.
Though there are many versions of Pakoras, Palak Pakora is quite popular because of the added Spinach/Palak. These Pakoras are crispy on the outside due to Corn flour. The roasted cumin and coriander seeds enhances the taste and aroma. Above all, homemade chat masala powder elevates the taste of these pakoras.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup Gram flour
1/4 cup Corn flour
1tbsp Samolina (fine)
3 cups of chopped Spinach
1/2 cup finely chopped Onion
1/2tbsp finely chopped Ginger
1/2 tsp finely chopped Green Chillies
3/4 tsp Baking powder
Salt as per taste
1/2 tbsp Chat powder (homemade)
1tbsp crushed Coriander and Cumin seeds
Oil for cooking

Ingredients for Chat masala:
1 tbsp rock salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
3/4 tbsp roasted cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp Fennel seeds
1 tbsp Coriander seeds
1/2 tbsp ginger powder
1/2 tbsp Amchur powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
