Culinary Hub presents a popular Indian dessert "KULFI" in its traditional flavour - Kesar (Saffron), Badam (Almonds) and Pista (Pistachios).
Since full fat milk is used to prepare this traditional dessert, on heating the milk we get malai (cream) which makes the Kulfi very delectable.
The addition of oats, is an healthier option compared to any other thickeners,

Ingredients:
1ltr Milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Pinch of Saffron
1-1/2 tbsp Plain Oats
50g Pistachios
50g Almonds

To prepare Rainbow Kulfi, divide the Kulfi mixture into small portion. Add food colour of your choice and deep freeze in a single container.
