I had so much fun doing a collaboration with Koffee Kult! Their coffee is simply divine in cookies!

Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, (vegan or regular)
3 tbsps cold water
1 cup bread flour
.75 cup all-purpose flour
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup dark brown sugar
.50 cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp Koffee Kult Medium Roast Coffee
1 TBSP Egg Replacer with 2 TBSP water
1.50 TSP Egg Replacer with 1 TBSP water
.25 -1 cup semisweet/dark chocolate chips, or of choice!
.25 cup Espresso Chocolate Chips (optional)
~1 whole bar dark chocolate, or of choice!
Non-Vegan Optional: Hazelnut Cadbury chunks, trust me, its divine!
