Where are my coffee lovers at? Today is your lucky day coz you’re in for a treat. I made this cookie recipe especially for you!
Crispy edges, chewy on the inside and the best part is, it is packed with coffee flavor and chocolate chunks.
So, if you need that extra kick, make these and your day will be brew- tiful.
INGREDIENTS:
1 3/4 cup | 219 g all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup | 50 g espresso powder/ instant coffee
3/4 cup | 170 g butter, melted and cooled
3/4 cup | 165 g brown sugar
1/4 cup | 50 g white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup (4oz.) | 113 g semisweet chocolate, chopped
