How to prepare Akbar Joojeh:
We need 1 chicken about 1 kg, which is divided into 2 parts in the middle and marinated in onion juice, saffron, salt, and black pepper for a few hours. Fry the chicken in oil and then put it in a pot with butter and water to cook well.
