This routine is a 45 min home workout with stability ball as our equipment.  An intermediate/advanced total body workout using the fitball.  This class will strongly challenge your stability whether we are sitting down or standing up.  A great routine to increase your balance with challenging exercises like stability ball bulgarian split squats. Thighs and tris will surely be toasty!  Enjoy your pilates with fitball class and let me know how it goes in the comments!
