Get ready for this total body stability ball light weights workout.  The exercise ball is a great inexpensive at home piece of equipment that engages the core, provides resistance, improves balance and stability.  All moves will use the ball and a few we will add weights to sculpt a lean strong body.  It's normal to feel uncoordinated so make sure to repeat the workout to only improve and build a stronger foundation. Dust off that ball and follow along.  

😮Ohhh  BTW at the time of editing this video my laptop decided to give out. This is RAW with very minimal video edits so you see me do a restart in block 2.
