Welcome to your ADVANCED PILATES WORKOUT using the mini stability ball and ankle weights.  This is a full body workout that will challenge your stability, strengthen your body and improve your focus.  In this class I incorporated a lot of wrist, hand, and finger strengtheners. Drop me a comment with your favorite exercise at the end!

I am using 2.5 lb each ankle weights.
