This 30 minute HIIT inspired Pilates Mat workout using a household chair, will target your abs & glutes, heat up your whole body, burn some calories and tone lean muscle. Let’s go !

✅ You need :

1 Chair or bench or step
⭐ For :
Beginner/Intermediate
🎯 Focus :
Abs, Glutes, FULLBODY

In this Pilates MAT workout we will be using 30 second intervals while doing our mat work to get our heart rate up. We’ll transition quickly from one exercise to the next. I love using the timer because we aren’t thinking about how many reps are left to do, we give our best for that 30 seconds and move on to the next. Make this your workout, give it all you got, tune in to your center, focus and have fun! It’ll go by fast, there will be rest periods with certain moves. It is low impact and we will work our FULL BODY. Challenge CORE, glutes, back, arms, balance, stability, breath and stamina.

👯‍♀Have fun and remember if you want more, come back as many times as you like and repeat. Repetition and practice is what makes us stronger and helps us achieve our fitness goals !👍🏼
