This quick 15 minute workout preview is CORE & GLUTE centered. We use hand weights to increase abdominal & glute challenge.

Increasing CORE strength & definition.

The addition of weights also increases over time the physical definition that can be seen in the abs. This workout is easy to do at any time of the day and multiple times throughout the week.
