About this Journey
My Journey started from Dharamshala to Bharmour and Kugti en route to Chamba Jot
(Mountain Pass) and Chamba Township.
About this Place
Bharmour region in Chamba district is a remote and tribal area.
Less visited by visitors/travellers and other tourists.
Whole Bharmour region is beautiful place . Forest covered with deodar /cedar trees.
Kugti village further ahead from Bharmour town some how 25 Km approx.
Kugti village is famous for Karthik Swami ji Temple , a 4 to 5 Km approx. moderate trek from this village. Till temple opens till November 15th every year as per our information
This area of Kugti is also know as Kugti Wild life sanctuary .
Connectivity
Kugti is well connected with road upto village by HRTC bus service as well with private bus service from Pathankot , Chamba and Bharmour.
Further Bharmour is well connected HRTC bus service as well with private bus service from Major township of Himchal Pradesh.
Good frequency of Buses from Chamba to Bharmour by HRTC and Private bus operators.
Luxury Volvo Bus Services from HRTC and Private operator is up to Dalhousie and Chamba only from Delhi .

If coming from Kangra Valley : Gaggal, Rait, Shahpur, Dramman , and Shihunta , Laharu and Chowari.
If coming from Punjab/Delhi side : Near Nainikahd , Banikhet and Chamba.
