Wild Mushroom Pasta

Around my hometown of Melbourne we get some amazing wild mushrooms growing in the surrounding hills. Specifically pine mushrooms, slippery jacks and many others. In this recipe Ii'll show you how to make a simple sauce using pine mushrooms. I serve the sauce with pappardelle but you could of course use any pasta shape you like.
