Gnocchi Sardi with Roasted Tomatoes

Gnocchi Sardi also known in Sardegna as malloreddus, are the pasta most typical in this region. Their shape is similar to a shell, they are super easy to make and go with many sauces. As it's summer I thought match it up with one of my all-time favourite roast cherry tomato sauces.
