2015-18 F-150-350 Vista Roof Repair

How to replace the broken rails/ramps/guides on the newer F-150-350 trucks.
You can do this instead of replacing the entire track.
Sorry for my hand being in the way a couple of times.  My daughter was filming it and it was so bright outside we couldn't really see the screen until we got inside later.   Most of what you can't see was visible later, though.

EDIT:  I no longer lube the arms.  They come pre-lubed out of the box (at least from Ford they do) and since it's a good lube they use, you don't need to lube the arms anymore.
