In this video i'm vlogging my day 1 and Day 2 of my Water Fast. the First day was the hardest i would say, but it wasn't anything too traumatic. Day 2 has definitely put me into deeper thought. I've been able to focus more and also i am just over all happy that i am able to discipline myself. I'm doing this journey for clarity of my thoughts, focus on my business, answers to things i want to know about my life and I've just not been able to hear.
