Tiramisu.
Ingredients :
- savoiardi biscuits 1 pack;
- cream cheese mascarpone 225 gr;
- chicken yolks 3pcs (50g);
- strong coffee 300 ml;
- Baileys liquor 3 tablespoons;
- sugar 50 gr;
- cocoa 1 tablespoon;
- cream 33% 150 ml;
- powdered sugar 20 gr.
1. Brew strong coffee, cool, add Baileys and mix.
2. Yolks (I have pasteurized yolks, if you don’t have them, then heat them in a water bath with sugar for heat treatment for 7-10 minutes), sugar, (you can add vanilla extract) beat until
whitening.
3. Beat the mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar separately (do not beat).
4. Combine whipped yolks and cream, mix until smooth.
5. We collect dessert:
-cream;
- savoiardi cookies;
-cream;
- savoiardi cookies;
cream and decorate with cocoa on top.
Put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
