Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy. Add dry ingredients to the beated eggs. Add milk with butter. Wrap the bottom of the mold with foil. I recommend taking the 18-20cm mold. Preheat the oven to 170 C*. Bake the cake for 30 min. Cool the cake. Take the cake out of the mold. Wrap the cake in cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. For mousse: 3 * 8 g gelatin 3 * 50 g water 3 * 1 egg 3 * 40 g sugar 3 * 90 g milk 3 * 150 g cream 33% 110 g dark chocolate 110 g milk chocolate 110 g white chocolate Mousse prepared three times with different types of chocolate. Mix water and gelatin until gelatin swells. Mix the egg and sugar in a saucepan. Add milk. Heat until the mass thickens. Add swollen gelatin and dark chocolate. Try with a blender. Whip the cream. Gently mix chocolate mass with the cream. Prepare the mold, wrap the bottom and wall with a film. Get the cake. Cut off the top of the cake. Put the cake on the bottom of the mold. Pour the first chocolate layer over the biscuit. Put the mold in the fridge for 30-40 min. Repeat all the steps for making mousse with milk and white chocolate. Put the mold in the fridge for 5-6 hours. Remove the mold. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
