Tips for natural colour.

Ingredients We Will Need

8 Guava
2tsp Pure Ghee / Clarified Butter
4 Cloves
Salt To Taste
Beetroot Juice Instead Of Artificial Colour ( Grind beetroot without adding water)
1/2tsp Lemon juice
Sugar According to the quantity of guava pulp.

HOW TO MAKE PURE GHEE / CLARIFIED BUT...

** We Use**
1tbsp   = 15ml
1/2tbs =7.5ml
1tsp     = 5ml
1/2tsp = 2.5ml
1/4tsp =1.25ml
