Ingredients :
500grms Goan Palm Jaggery
Cashew Nuts
6 Cardamom
Salt To Taste
1tbsp Ghee / Clarified Butter
1 Cup/ 140grms Unroasted Rice Flour
400grms/ 4 Cups Freshly Shredded Coconut (2 Cups Thick Coconut Milk & 3 Cups Thin Coconut Milk After Extracting All Together 1.2 ltrs)

HOW TO MAKE PURE GHEE / CLARIFIED BUT...

**1 US Cup of 240ml is equal to =
200gms Granulated Sugar
225 grms Caster Sugar
100grms Powder Sugar
250grms Butter
140grms Flour
100grms Shredded Coconut

** We Use**
1tbsp   = 15ml
1/2tbs =7.5ml
1tsp     = 5ml
1/2tsp = 2.5ml
1/4tsp =1.25ml
