Ingredients for
1 11×7inch Baking Pan
1 4×8 inch Baking Pan
2 cups / 400grms Granulated Sugar
1 cup/250grms Butter
2 cups / 400grms  Roasted Semolina (Coarse)
6 Eggs
3 Cups / 300grms Freshly Shredded Coconut
1tsp Nutmeg Powder
1tsp Cardamom Powder
1tsp Baking Powder
1tbsp Vanilla Essence
Pinch Of Salt
Ghee / Clarified Butter ( optional)For brushing on top and bottom before baking
1 Med size carrot for carrot Bathk.
* All Ingredients Must Be  At Room Temperature *

HOW TO MAKE PURE GHEE / CLARIFIED BUT...

Bake At 150°C Oven With Fan
              170°C Oven Without Fan
Bake For  50 -60  minutes or Till Skewer Comes Out Dry and Clean and Brawn Colour On Top
Baking Time Depends On Size Of The Tin, Batter Thickness and Type Of  Oven.

***1 US Cup of 240ml is equal to
200grms Semolina Coarsed
200gms Granulated Sugar
225 grms Caster Sugar
100grms Powder Sugar
250grms Butter
140grms Flour
100grms Shredded Coconut

** We Use**
1tbsp   = 15ml
1/2tbs =7.5ml
1tsp     = 5ml
1/2tsp = 2.5ml
1/4tsp =1.25ml

Long time back I had made Carrot🥕 bathk and the result was awesome since than whenever I bake our traditional bathk I always bake a portion of carrot bathk as well  and everyone loves it so I thought to share same recipe with you all.
