Minute 1:
10 Burpee (alt: off chair or bench)
Minute 2:
15-20 Air squats
Minute 3:
10 Push-ups (alt: elevate your hands OR chest press)
Minute 4:
15 butterfly crunches (alt: plank w/ knee taps)
Minute 5:
20 lunge jumps (alt: no jump OR bridges)
