1 Leg One Box Jumps 4x6
Practice Jumping Or Dunking 4x5
Barbell Jump Squats 4x5
Dumbbell Lunges 4x6
Squats 5x5
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday - Rest
Friday
Sprints 4x20-40 yards
Practice Jumping or Dunking 4x5
Depth Jumps 3x6
Barbell Jump Squats 4x5
Dumbbell Step Up 4x6
Deadlifts 5x5
Do this workout for 2 weeks.
Only do these exercises twice per week so your legs get the proper rest.
This is only a sample workout.
