Here are four key plyometric exercises to increase your explosiveness and improve your jumping ability. Do this workout 3-4 times a week to see maximum results:

1) 5 Point Drill (Dot Drill) - 3 Sets 20 Seconds each

2) Single Leg Box Jump - 3 Sets 6 Reps (each leg)

3) Depth Jump - 3 Sets 6 Reps

4) Lateral Box Jump - 3 Sets 6 Reps (each side)
