It comes in both extended-range electric and battery electric variants. The C16 EREV has a battery range of 124 miles and a combined range of 680 miles. The C16 BEV has a battery range of 323 miles and can add 162 miles in 15 minutes of charging. The BEV variant has a maximum power of 215 kW and accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in 6.8 seconds. Leapmotor delivered 18,165 vehicles in May, up 50.65% year-on-year.
