Have you ever thought about how much of your reasoning and assumptions is connected to either a religious upbringing, or living in a society where Conservative Christianity is THE biggest historical influence?
This week's Ask a Therapist video addresses Religious Trauma Syndrome (RTS) which applies both to the trauma inflicted in Conservative Christian circles, and also the loss and grief that is the result of having to LEAVE your faith community.
We will draw a connection between how we see women and men in society, and the damage that can cause.
