This Sabudana Papad is so simple and easy to do that anyone can me it! And to give the Sabudana Papad the perfect shape, you can use glass bangles.
All you need to do is simply soak the sago pearls, steam it, dry it and then fry it!

Sabudana Papad
Preparation Time: 10 minutes + Soaking time
Cooking Time: 4-5 minutes per batch
Makes: approx.30
Ingredients:
1 cup sago pearls (sabudana)
1 cup water
Method:
Wash the sago pearls well.
Soak in 1 cup water for 4-5 hours or over night.
Using cookie molds or glass bangles, shape the papads as shown in the video. Steam for 4-5 minutes till sticky.
Spread on a butter paper sheet and allow to dry completely. Store in an airtight container.
