How To Build A Plyo Box

Here's a quick video showing how I made my own Plyo Box.
Start off with a sheet of plywood and cut out 2 pieces each of 20" x 30", 24" x 30" and 20" x 24". The rest of the instructions and dimensions to cut are mentioned in the video.

Basically it comes out to half the price of a rogue plyo box.
