Former Gendarmerie Special Operations Officer Retired Lieutenant Colonel Şefik Ünal, who served in the Turkish Armed Forces for 27 years, talked about the difficult experiences he had in GZT.
Retired Lieutenant Colonel Şefik Ünal, who was appointed to Muş A Team in 1992, served as a Turkish Armed Forces officer for 27 years. Following his gendarmerie training, Ünal received anti-terrorism training in Foça and took part in numerous operations in Muş A Team, the pioneer of the Gendarmerie Special Operations.
