Ingredients for the Brownie:
240g Black chocolate
● ¾ Cup (180g) Butter
● 3 Eggs Large
● 0.80 cup (160g) Brown sugar
● 1 Tsp. Essence or vanilla extract
● 1 Cup (120g) All-purpose white flour
● 1 Pinch of salt
Ingredients for the Cheesecake:
● 1 Cup (225g) Cream cheese (Philadelphia type)
● ½ Cup (60g) White sugar
● 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla extract
● 1 Egg Large
** Note **
when mixing the cheesecake and the brownie lightly add some
Spoonfuls of dulce de leche, for rich chocolate and caramel flavor.
