Using just a dumbbell to workout your entire upper body in intense interval strength training format with Coach Ali.
Ideally you will have a heavy dumbbell, a light dumbbell and a flat bench.  If you don't have a bench you can always do the lying exercises on the floor and use either a chair or coffee table for support exercises.  Get it done, training your whole upper body at home with a dumbbell.
