Maggi Bhel Puri is a perfect snack for a rainy day or as an evening chaat. It is quick, easy to make, and combines the classic flavors of bhel puri with the beloved taste of Maggi noodles. Enjoy it with a cup of hot tea or coffee!

Ingredients
1. Maggi noodles – 2 cakes
2. Finely chopped onion – 1
3. De-seeded and finely chopped tomato – 1
4. Finely chopped carrot – 1
5. Peanuts – ½ cup
6. Cashew nuts – 10
7. Chopped almonds – 10
8. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
9. Maggi masala (tastemaker) – 2 sachets
10.Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
11.Lemon juice – 2 tsp
12.Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
13.Salt – ¼ tsp
14. Oil – 3 tsp

Process

1,  Heat a thick bottomed pan over medium flame and add ½ cup of peanuts
2. Dry roast this till it turns crispy
3. Take it out, allow it cool. Then remove the skin and keep aside
4. Take 2 cakes from the Maggi noodles. Break them into small pieces
5, Heat 3 tsp of oil in a thick bottomed pan over low flame
6. Add the crushed noodles and saute till it turns light brown
7. Now add some chopped almonds and split cashew nuts
8. Saute this for sometime and add the roasted peanuts
9.Fry this for sometime and turn off the flame
10.Now add 2 sachets of Maggi masala, 1 tsp of red chilli powder and 1 pinch of salt
11.Stir well and transfer this into a mixing bowl
12.Now add 1 finely chopped onion,1 de-seeded and finely chopped tomato, 1 finely chopped carrot, 2 tsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of tomato sauce and 1 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves
13.Mix well
