In this video I'll show you how to make an amazing cheese snack with phyllo dough. It's delicious, crunchy and the dough melts in your mouth!

Yield: 17 units (dough weighing 50 grams)
Ingredients for the dough:
- 500 grams of unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
- 200 grams of sour cream
- 150 milliliters of milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (20 grams)
Ingredients for working with the dough:
- 150 grams of unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
- 50 grams of cornstarch (also known as Maizena)
Ingredients for the filling:
- 200 grams of grated parmesan cheese (in strips)
- 100 grams of melted butter
To finish:
- 1 egg
- Parmesan cheese (what's left of the stuffing)
