Do This With Your Left Over Turkey!! Turkey Soup
Hi guys, in this video I will show you a great thing to do with your leftover thanksgiving turkey. This is an excellent recipe that tastes so much like chicken soup, but we are using turkey instead. Im excited to hear your comments down below!

Ingredients:
2 cups of thin cut turkey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 onion
1 large carrot
2 stalks celery
1 clove garlic
4 springs thyme or 1/2 tsp dried thyme
1.5 L/6 cups of water mixed with better than bouillon or just chicken stock
1/2 cup of small pasta
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp of parsley, chopped
