Hello! It's Baking again today :)
Today, I made a cheddar cheese blondie with a rich cheddar cheese flavor.
I added a cheese snack to the blondie with plenty of cheddar cheese powder to make it fun to eat.
There are a lot of ingredients and the process is a bit complicated, but that's why it's a really delicious blondie.
It is an addictive blondie with a sweet and salty taste and a heavy, chewy and rich cheese flavor. :)

[ Cheddar cheese crumble ]
Unsalted butter 40g
Sugar 40g
Cake flour 65g
Cheddar cheese powder 25g
A pinch of salt


Cheddar cheese pretzel snack 30g
Cheddar cheese combos snack 10ea
Melted unsalted butter 7g
Cheddar cheese powder 5g


Cheese Crackers 4ea
White chocolate 20g

- Prepare all ingredients at room temperature


■ Storage method ■
- Blondie is delicious when you put it in the refrigerator and eat it cold. It is delicious to eat after putting it in the freezer and taking it out at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
