This is a simple dish
This is a simple dish you can usually find in the Chinese restaurants. This also happens to be my favorite. I always order this when I see it in the menu. When I make this at home, I always double the amount of beans. I like the beans more than the ground meat. I love the crunchy texture of the fried beans.
Chef’s Notes: Make sure you do not over fry the beans because they will become soggy. One or two minutes is enough depending on hot oil your oil is. You can use either string beans or green (baguio) beans for this recipe.
