Chicken Pot Pie

CHICKEN POT PIE is a great potluck dish because it can serve a lot of people and it is popularly enjoyed by many. The only challenge is making the crust.  If you are one of those people who do not want to make the crust, an option is to cover the top with mashed potatoes instead. Prepare mashed potatoes and put it in a piping bag and pipe on top of the chicken filling.  If you do not know how to pipe, you can always slowly spread it on top so you cover the filling.  Brush with milk or egg and bake until the mashed potatoes starts to brown. If you are more adventurous, top the chicken pie with a puff pastry.
