Add weight if you can by carrying things like a rucksack on your back, carrying things in your hands & if you want the ‘easier option’ for building up, spending time wearing a weighted vest will make you stronger all round! 2. Nasal Breathing! We are breathing all the time which is normal and fantastic AND doesn’t mean we are getting enough oxygen into our cells. We can gently start building up our body’s CO2 resilience by practicing gentle nose breathing while walking. And of Course breathing both in & out through your nose!👃👌💪🏿👣🌺 3. Sunshine! Spend time outside! Your eyes and skin need it and no I dont mean in the middle of the day getting a sunburn. We need Vitamin D. It’s a hormone, it’s not just a “vitamin”.
